  • Delivery Attempts: Our carriers require a signature for any order valued above $400 or more. Our carriers may make several attempts to deliver your package and if these attempts are unsuccessful, the package might be returned.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If the package was held at a local delivery center or post office and wasn't claimed within the designated time frame, it could be returned.
